2. The file format accepts AI, JPG, PNG

3. Please set the specifications within the 600x100dpi box.

1. Can a pen only engrave one position? This series of products includes free engraving for one location. If you need a second or more engraving locations, please send a private message to customer service staff to purchase additional items.

2. How long does it take to order? Except for pre-ordered products, customized products take 3-5 working days (excluding holidays)
