Customization process:

• Statement time: the 25th of every month. The time will be fine-tuned according to the number of orders placed, so please take advantage of it.
• Color selection considerations:
  • For a color, please provide a set of Web colors or RGB color codes, such as #FFFFFF, R31 G24 B255, etc.
  • sheen cannot be customized, but you can make a wish
  • shading can grant wishes, cannot 100% guarantee
  • Colors may vary due to different screen displays, and the ink itself may vary in shades. It cannot be guaranteed to be 100% identical. However, if there are unexpected sheen and shading effects, it is also fun to customize.

• Precautions:
  • 30ml per bottle, glass bottle
  • Label text must be centered and basically all in Huakang Slim Gold font. Other font selections are not accepted.
  • Label text can be in Traditional Chinese, English, or Japanese. Please choose common words as much as possible, no more than 15 words.
  • Each person can order up to two bottles at a time (different colors are optional).
  • It can be ordered together with other ready-made products and will be shipped together when all are available.
  • The order will be considered established only if all ordering processes are completed before settlement. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
  • Each customized color will get a serial number. If you want to order the same color with the same name later, you can subscript the serial number.
• Arrival time: The 14th of every other month. It will be fine-tuned according to the order quantity and holidays. Please ask before placing the order. If it is completed in advance, we will notify you of the shipment in advance.

Order process:

1. Select the quantity you want to purchase (1 or 2 bottles) on this page
2. When checking out, please note "First bottle: #color code, color name, color description; Second bottle: color code, color name, color description"
3. The color description must pay attention to the main color, desired color feeling and commonly used pen styles.
   eg. Brown with reddish tones, not too gray, mainly Japanese F. I hope the words can be seen, not too light, etc.
4. After confirming the colorMake transfer payment first, the order is completed, cash on delivery is not available.

  • The font and place of the name label is fixable. 15 character is maximum. ( Chinese, English or Japanese are okay to the font.)

Order Procedure：

1. Choose the amount you want (2 bottles maximum per person per month)
2. Remark your color as below when you check out:
    e.g. "First bottle: #F39f8f, name: Baby Angie, use Japanese F; Second bottle: #2349fa, name: Monster, use Europe F"
3. Complete the payment after check out!
4. Wait for it! Usually complete at 14th, every month.
