Fountain Pen Ink Customization Instructions

Customization process and rules:

• Order closing timeOrders will be placed on the 25th of each month. The timing may be slightly adjusted depending on the number of orders placed, so please make sure to take advantage of it.

• Selection of color :

  • For each color, please provide a set of Web color or RGB color codes (e.g., #FFFFFF, R31 G24 B255 are all acceptable).

  • Sheen (metallic luster)You cannot specify, but you can make a wish.

  • Shading (gradation of shades)It cannot be guaranteed 100%, but you can make a wish.

  • Color difference reminderColors will vary depending on the screen display, and the ink itself has variations in shade, so 100% identical colors cannot be guaranteed.

Precautions:

• specificationEach bottle contains 30ml and is packaged in a glass bottle.

• Font StandardsAll label text should be centered and use the "Huakang Thin Gold" font.Other font options are not accepted..

• Content restrictionsLabel text can be in Traditional Chinese, English, or Japanese. Please choose common characters whenever possible and do not exceed 15 characters.

• Payment methodAfter confirming the color, payment must be transferred before the order is considered complete.We only accept prepayment before production; we do not offer cash on delivery..

• Consolidated shipmentsIt can be ordered together with other in-stock items.We will ship all customized items together after they have all arrived..

• Arrival timeAround the 14th of the following month, the schedule will be slightly adjusted depending on the number of orders and holidays.

Order process:

1. Please be sure to leave a note when checking out:"Color code, color name, color description".

   • Color description requirements: Must includemain color,Desired Color SensationAndCommonly used pen styles.

   • Example: #F39F8F, Baby Angie, a reddish-brown color, preferably not too light, so that the lettering is visible in daily use, using a Japanese nib F.

2. Complete the payment via bank transfer or credit card and wait for production to finish.
