1. Product color difference and specifications (Product Disclaimer)

2. Stock & Pricing

4. After-sales service and replacement shipment
- Handling of missed shipments: If you find any items missing after receiving the goods, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Upon confirmation, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible (depending on the size and value of the goods, sent via registered mail or regular mail).
- Wrong item sent, exchange: If the wrong item is shipped, please keep the item brand new and unopened, and contact customer service. Please assist us in returning it in its original packaging (postage will be borne by our store), and we will replace it with the correct item for you as soon as possible.

Please note! According to the Consumer Protection Law, the following products, after purchase...No seven-day cooling-off period offered :
- Goods that are perishable and have a short shelf life.
- Customized products(e.g., engraved pen marks, paper products cut to size as needed).
- Repackaged products(e.g., repackaging ink, repackaging test strips).
- Opened personal hygiene products or consumables(For example, once an ink bottle has been opened, it is impossible to confirm whether the contents have been contaminated because there is no seal.)
Please ensure you have a genuine need for the purchase before placing your order. Items not listed above are eligible for a seven-day cooling-off period (including public holidays) upon arrival. Returned items must be kept in good condition.Brand new condition and complete packaging.
