⚠️ Points Redemption Limits

To maintain service quality, there are double limits on the points redemption for each order, and the system will automatically deduct [the points].lowerFor reference:

  • Total order amount 30%
  • Maximum discount per transaction TWD 1,500

Maximum discount is limited to 30% of the total order amount OR TWD 1,500Whichever is lower.

Terms & Conditions

  • Points will be automatically sent 7 days after the order payment is completed.
    Points are credited 7 days after payment completion.
  • Membership upgrade/renewal fees are calculated based on the "actual payment amount" and do not include shipping costs or points credits.
    Membership status based on actual paid amount excluding shipping & points.
  • The "renewal conditions" are calculated annually. If the conditions are not met within the validity period, the system will automatically adjust to the corresponding level, and the original points will be retained and will not be reset to zero.
    Membership tier will be adjusted if renewal criteria are not met.
  • Certain discounted, limited-edition, or purchased through a third-party agent items may not be eligible for points redemption. Please refer to the text on the checkout page for details.
    Specific items may be excluded from point redemption.
