📦 Delivery Area:Taiwan proper and outlying islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu and other remote areas).
Delivery available to all regions in Taiwan, including offshore islands.

1. Shipping Time (Dispatch Schedule)

  • Fixed shipping date:weekly One (Mon) And 5 (Fri) Packing in the afternoon.
  • Same-day shipping:On Mondays or Fridays Before 12:00 PM Orders with payment completed will be shipped out on the same day.
    Orders paid before 12:00 PM on Mon/Fri will be dispatched on the same day.
  • Urgent order requirement:Please be sure to call or text to confirm first.
    For urgent orders, please contact us in advance (+886-900-205-436).

2. Payment Options

  • Credit Card:Accepts VISA, MasterCard, and JCB cards issued in Taiwan and overseas.
  • Cash on Delivery (Cash on Delivery):Pay cash when the goods arrive at the convenience store.
  • Bank transfer:Please complete the remittance within 3 days after placing the order.

    • Pickup process:
      1. Confirm stock preparation:Before you set off, it is recommended that you contact customer service to confirm the order status to avoid making a wasted trip.
      2. Verification information:Simply present your "order number" and "name/phone number" upon arrival to collect your item.
    • Collection by proxy guidelines:You may have a friend or relative pick up the package. Please bring a screenshot of your order or your identification document for verification.
  • CVS Pickup:NT $ 65
    • Cooperation channels:7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, OK Mart.

    • Pickup Instructions:
      • SMS notification:A text message will be sent upon delivery to the store. If your phone has "block spam messages" enabled, you may miss receiving it. Please check your order status.
      • Pickup period:Please wait until the goods arrive. Within 6 days Pick up the goods; otherwise, they will be returned.
      • Document verification:For packages marked "Paid," the recipient's name must match their identification document. If you are entrusting a friend or relative to collect the package on your behalf, please be sure to bring their identification document.
      • ⚠️ For international users (Expats): Pickup Name MUST match your ID (ARC/Passport). System limits name to 10 characters.
  • Postal Service:NT$65 - 80

    • Address:You can fill in a general address.iMailbox,Post Office Box Or Deposit and await collection.
    • ※ If you specify "iMailbox" as the delivery address, please pick up the package within 3 days of its arrival.
    • ※ If you specify "deposit at the post office pending collection", please make a special note and pay attention to the tracking number.
    • If necessary, we will switch to using Maple Leaf convenience belts for sending packages, as the delivery speed is similar to or even faster than that of the post office.

4. Free Shipping Policy and Exceptions (in Taiwan)

  • Single order full TWD 1,000 Enjoy free shipping (including Taiwan Island and outlying islands).
  • ⚠️ Exceptions:
    Some special items are not eligible for free shipping (this will be indicated on the product page). If your order contains an excluded item, and other items do not meet the free shipping threshold, The system will manually add shipping fees in the background.We will notify you in advance.
    Certain items do not qualify for free shipping. Additional fees may be added manually if applicable.

3. Returns & Risks

  • No Returns: Due to complexity, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for overseas orders unless defective.
  • Shipping Risk: International shipping carries risks. We pack firmly to prevent damage. If your package arrives damaged, please Take photos immediately and contact us. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
    (Please note: If the goods are damaged during overseas shipping, please contact us immediately for assistance in claiming compensation from the logistics company.)
