Process & Notice
1. Delivery method:We can deliver to our store in Banqiao or to a 7-Eleven (please contact us via private message before shipping).
2. Testing quotation:We will provide a quote after receiving the pen, and we will only begin repairs once you agree to it.
3. Repair time:Cleaning takes approximately 1-3 days; repairs take approximately 7-14 working days.
