Thank you for shopping at JUSPIRIT. To protect your rights, please read the following instructions carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

⚠️ Scope of Application

  • Taiwan region (including outlying islands):The seven-day appreciation period regulation of the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of China applies.
  • Overseas regions (International Orders): not applicable Returns are accepted within seven days of purchase. Returns and exchanges are not accepted except in cases of product defects or incorrect shipment.
    (International orders are NOT eligible for returns due to personal preference. Refunds only for defective items.)

I. Seven-day appreciation period guidelines (Taiwan orders only)

According to the Consumer Protection Act, consumers in Taiwan have the right to a seven-day inspection period (including holidays) after receiving goods.

Please note: The appreciation period is not the trial period.
The returned items must be restored to their original condition (as they were when they arrived) and kept in their original packaging.

II. Return Policy

(a) Standards for accepting returns
Items to be returned must be kept in the following condition: Brand new, unopened, unused, and ready for resale.The product is in its original packaging (including the product itself, accessories, gifts, warranty, original packaging, and all accompanying documents).

(ii) Exceptions to the Non-Return Policy
If a product is in any of the following conditions, it will be considered "used" or "not in brand new condition". We regret that we cannot accept returns. :

  • Fountain pens/dip pens:The pen tip has been inked, dipped in ink, used for trial writing, or has watermarks due to cleaning.
  • Ink/pigment:The bottle cap seal has been removed, the bottle has been opened and used, or there are signs of repackaging.
  • Paper products:The seal has been removed, or there are signs of writing, dents, or stains.
  • Customized products:Customized products made according to consumer requirements.
  • Repackaged products:Consumables such as repackaged ink.
  • other:Product accessories are incomplete, free gifts have been used, or the packaging is severely damaged.

III. Defective Product Handling Process (Applicable to Taiwan and Overseas)

If the product you receive has non-human-caused defects (such as: broken pen body, missing parts, broken ink bottle) or the wrong item was shipped:

  3. Orders from Taiwan:Once the defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement, and the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by our store.

IV. Refund Method and Work Hours

  • ATM transfer / Cash on delivery:Please provide a refund account that matches the orderer's name. If the account is not a post office or Chang Hwa Bank account, an interbank transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.

V. Shipping Costs (Taiwan Orders Only)
