- Currently, due to the impact of the epidemic, shipping times are relatively unstable. If you have urgent orders, please inquire first.
- Main shipping methods:
- Taiwan: Four major supermarkets/imail
- Overseas: Hong Kong and Macau can choose SF Express/EMS/international e-packet is available in some areas
- The general shipping time is approximately two working days after placing the order. (We are closed on Tuesday and Thursday, and the post office is not open on weekends~)
- Due to slight color differences between photography and various displays, the pictures are for reference only. Please refer to the actual product received for the color.
- Returns and exchanges due to color difference will not be accepted as a defect.
- Ink is a consumable item, and items without seals in the outer packaging will not be returned or exchanged.
- There is a large flow of goods. If the goods are out of stock, have special requirements, or are priced incorrectly after placing an order, our store reserves the right to accept or reject the order.
- If there are any pricing errors caused by the system or humans, please feel free to inform us gently. If there is a pricing error, the customer will be notified to place a new order or cancel the order.
- Ask about anything you don't see on the shelves.
- Missing items will be sent by regular mail. If you want to exchange items that were sent in error, please send them back to the post office in their original packaging.

Return Instructions
Please note! Jia Si, Bibi (hereinafter referred to as our store) does not provide a seven-day hesitation period after purchasing the following products. Please be sure to read the product description carefully and reconfirm your need and willingness to purchase the product before placing an order. If you have any questions, please contact us. Please contact our customer service first to ask:
1. It is prone to corruption, has a short shelf life, or is about to expire when the contract is terminated.
2. Customized products.
3. Pack the goods.
Products that are not listed above are subject to a seven-day waiting period (including holidays). Returned merchandise must be sent back within the hesitation period and the store must be contacted at the same time.
When handling returns or exchanges, the product must be in brand new condition and completely packaged (please pay attention to maintaining the integrity of the product body, accessories, gifts, warranty, original packaging and all accompanying documents or information, and do not miss any accessories/damage the original outer box) / Lost buffer packaging. If the returned goods cannot be restored to their original condition, the return rights may be affected or part of the cost may be borne.
