Boxwood is known for its hard wood, but its leaves have the softest green color. As an evergreen shrub, it is very common in gardens and the wild in Korea, symbolizing perseverance and longevity.

This ink is not a deep forest green, but rather captures the yellowish-green (Chartreuse) of newly sprouting boxwood leaves.

• Color tone: Between grass green and pale yellow, it is a very "natural" and "eye-friendly" color. Writing on it is like smelling the fresh scent of plants after the rain.

• Ink characteristics: It possesses rich variations in shade. After drying, it leans slightly towards a deep olive green, much like how boxwood becomes more mellow and warm over time.
